• All services are weather-dependent.

• Service timing and results may vary during active snowfall, extreme weather, high winds, or freezing rain events.

• Bare pavement is not guaranteed, especially during ongoing or severe weather conditions.

Access & Property Conditions

• Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to service areas.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by blocked access, parked vehicles, municipal snow operations, or unsafe conditions.

Surface & Pre-Existing Conditions

• Seasonal Harmony Home Services is not responsible for damage to:

• Pre-existing cracks, uneven surfaces, or structural defects

• Hidden objects, curbs, decorative edges, or underground features not clearly marked

Ice Control

• Ice melt and de-icing treatments reduce slip risk but do not eliminate all ice hazards, particularly during fluctuating temperatures or ongoing precipitation.

Safety First

• Services may be delayed or suspended if conditions are deemed unsafe for personnel or property.

• Safety always takes priority over service speed.

Independent Contractors

• Seasonal Harmony Home Services works with properly insured independent contractors.

• Contractors are responsible for their own equipment, safety practices, and regulatory compliance where required.
