1. Services Offered

Seasonal Harmony Home Services provides residential snow removal, ice control, lawn care, and seasonal property services in Regina, Saskatchewan and surrounding areas.

All services are provided subject to weather conditions, site access, and safety considerations.

2. Seasonal Plans & Scheduling

• Seasonal plans generally cover the winter season (approximately five months).

• Service timing and frequency may vary depending on snowfall, weather severity, and service demand.

• During major snow events, service priority is based on plan level.

3. Weather Dependency

• All services are weather-dependent.

• Bare pavement is not guaranteed, especially during active snowfall, freezing rain, or extreme weather conditions.

• Delays may occur due to severe weather, municipal snow clearing operations, or unsafe conditions.

4. Access & Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring reasonable and safe access to service areas

• Removing obstacles such as vehicles, personal items, or locked gates

• Marking hazards, edges, or sensitive areas where applicable

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete service caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.

5. Surface & Property Conditions

Seasonal Harmony Home Services is not responsible for damage related to:

• Pre-existing cracks, uneven surfaces, or structural defects

• Hidden objects, curbs, decorative borders, or unmarked features

• Normal wear resulting from seasonal conditions and snow removal activities

6. Ice Control & De-Icing

Ice melt and de-icing treatments help reduce slip hazards but do not eliminate all ice risks, especially during fluctuating temperatures or continued precipitation.

7. Safety

Safety is our top priority.
Services may be delayed, modified, or suspended when conditions are deemed unsafe for personnel, clients, or property.

8. Independent Contractors

Seasonal Harmony Home Services works with properly insured independent contractors.
Contractors provide services under company standards but remain independent and responsible for their own equipment, safety practices, and regulatory compliance where required.

9. Payments & Pricing

• Pricing, plans, and availability are subject to change without notice.

• Seasonal plans are billed as agreed at the time of enrollment.

• Refunds, if applicable, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seasonal Harmony Home Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada.
